Check on fuse #42 and relay # 306 in the fuse panel under the steering wheel. It sounds like a relay has gone bad. These are the fuse and relay that control the accessory delay that allows the radio and windows to work after the key is turned off, and before the door is opened.

So just look at the years and pictures of both trucks that were available in 2007, one being the classic which was a gmt800, or the nnbs 2007 which is a gmt900.
