This subreddit is designed to help osteopathic medical students prepare for the COMLEX exams (Level 1, 2 CE, and 3), answer any questions, recommend resources, etc. Any idea how difficult it is? I know it’s supposed to be just like the Combank IM practice questions but I don’t want to waste those yet because I was planning on using them the last week before the comat. I was randomly assigned the IM COMAT Assessment on Combank and have to take it by tomorrow. I haven’t done a single combank question ... So I only have one more weekend to study for the IM COMAT. So far I have done ~300 uworld questions. I am debating if I should just focus on doing as many uworld questions as I can vs get a COMBANK or a COMQUEST and run through all the questions in a week. Mine were pretty similar to my COMAT scores. Here are mine in the order I did them. Strongly suggest comquest for COMAT tbh. IM: predicted 105; scored 103 -- only did comquest for this shelf, since it was my first one and I wasn't sure about my study methods yet OBGYN: predicted 106; scored 106 -- also did ~20% of UW OBGYN questions

Used COMQUEST for everything except the OMM shelf and surgery (surgery was my first rotation and I didn't know I needed a qbank and I hate OMM), and those two were the only scores below 100 for me.
