Burst of speed can be a good choice for long run distances fights. But shadow step is the king for this talent tier in my choices, maybe cause i'm engineer, so i've sprint + nitroboots, so extra instant TP is really more attractive. In all cases, this is so usefull in all situations, never i'll choose (for now :p) BoS as the "default" talent.
