The easiest way to beat Jackenstien imo, is to snipe the pylons. A Pimpernel helps a lot since the bloomed projectiles don't ricochet back to you if you miss. I used a shock Pimp, Bee (wasn't really necessary), and used the bots to proc Chain Reaction with a Blurred Trickster mod. It was pretty quick.
