While I get to that point, I was wondering about the new Vex Strike Force public event that drops guaranteed Exotics. Does anyone know if it can drop Exotics from Beyond Light that you don't already have?Just got it from vex strike force. It's fucking awesome, BUT, the damage is super inconsistent. There was only ONE Vex Strike on 4/20, and six since reset on 4/21. That's an average of once every 4 hours, but it's not exactly 4 hours, and it's randomized, so there's no predictability. I know it guarantees an exotic each run and runs on the LLS knockout system, but it's basically a worse version of both LLS farm and NFs.

Has even a single person been able to complete one of these and get rewards? There's two layers of RNG (getting it to even happen and getting enough teammates in the instance to be able to complete it) and a seemingly pretty widespread hard crash issue. It will show up as a public event on the map, same as a normal event. However, you can move your cursor over it to get more information to pop up. That pop up will tell you if it is a normal public event or a vex invasion. If there's a public event in the Incursion Zone, hover your mouse over it and it will tell you if it's the Strike Force event. You don't have to just hang around on the planet.
