Since the range on dual daggers is abysmal and target hit won't be staggered I tend to use either stances to boost my mod capacity and only quick melee. Used this way, GP has advantage in terms of damage per hit but ST has better speed (comparable to the old days of 2.5 attack speed on Fang).
