To keep this as short as possible my Cox Internet speed I pay for was supposed to download at 500 Mpbs and upload at 10 Mpbs. Often times though the upload speed would start crashing down to .50 Mpbs and stay there for good periods like 20-30 minutes at a time. Also everything I am talking about is hard wired.
