Repel the strongest forces the Old One's Army can muster. First of all to earn this achievement you need to have killed atleast one mechanical boss and defeat the Golem. After you defeat the Golem the 'strongest forces' will spawn in the Old One's Army event. To earn the achievement you need to complete Wave 7.

Not sure how you're getting 9 spiders with that setup, because the Tiki armor only gives +4 minions and the Necromantic Scroll and Pygmy Necklace only give +1 minion each, for a total of 7 minions including the default 1. The Mod. AlchemistNPC currently adds 9 NPCs that sell most potions in the game and some basic ingredients. It also adds in various other items, but if the player doesn't want these, they can enable the Lite version instead.
