Oct 29, 2021 · UPDATE: After over 2-months of no TV in one of our rooms, AT&T finally figured out that there was indeed an issue using wi-fi to sign into Directv Stream set-top boxes. A firmware update was done in December that fixed the problem.

Oct 24, 2022 · The only way to get the channel to load is to “Restart” the Firestick from Settings, or unplug it and then plug it back in. It happens multiple times each day for me. If anyone has a fix for this please share it here. The only thing I can think of to do is to make sure your software is up-to-date on your Firestick.
