The item generates insane WR stats in its niche with around 5-10k games as a 2nd or 3rd item. It isn't a win+ item or a heavy snowball item so that doesn't explain the large WR. People can ignore the item right now still, but once Ravenous is balanced (1-2 more nerfs) Spear will come out sooner or later.
